Your Mission
* Develop the Product Assurance Requirements and Culture at project level, ensuring robust quality processes and cost excellence for program quality execution through collaboration with engineering, operations and supply chain.
* Act as the main interface for the Customer on all quality and safety topics.
* Establish Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) features in collaboration with Customer and Engineering.
* Lead non-conformity (NC) and failure investigations whenever product requirements are violated.
* Supervise and direct Product Development and Qualification for all relevant quality aspects.
* Manage and ensure the implementation of quality requirements throughout product manufacturing, delivery, and post-delivery activities.
* Coordinate all Quality matters for international multi-site and cross-country programs.
Main Tasks
* Execute Product Assurance Program in accordance with Project Milestones.
* Ensure successful execution of Customer, Regulatory and Internal Requirements for Program Execution.
* Convert Customer Critical-to-Quality Requirements into internal specifications and requirements.
* Lead Customer Critical RCA and investigation activities.
* Moderate Design FMEA.
* Develop Process/Product CTQ and Control Plans in collaboration with Customer and Engineering.
* Establish Product Quality Documentation.
* Support and achieve final Product Qualification.
* Contribute as needed to Customer and internal Audit as Quality representative.
* Provide support during Launch Campaigns preparation and execution, ensuring effective coordination of all on-site Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the standardization of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Your Story
* Preferred education: MSc degree in Engineering or similar relevant discipline.
* Several years of experience in Quality and Continuous Improvement or a relevant field.
* Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices, reliability analysis, FMEA, and quality improvement methodologies.
* Proven track record in leading product assurance activities.
* Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL.
* Ability to quickly understand and analyse technical products/systems and their function.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
* MS Office experience required.
* Experience in applying Quality preventive methodologies (5Why, Ishikawa Fishbone, etc.).
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of additional languages (German, French, Swedish) beyond English is advantageous.
* Experience in product assurance for space applications is a strong asset.
