Finance Analyst Position
We are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in supporting tasks related to Group Treasury.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cash and Liquidity Management: Analyze and improve cash management and forecasting processes to ensure adequate liquidity and optimize idle cash balances.
* Finance Support: Assist with AR reconciliation and allocation, payment processing, and credit facility/intercompany loans processing and reporting.
* Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks associated with digital assets, such as market volatility, and prevent illicit transactions through coin screening.
* Trading Support: Assist with trading for multiple trading partners.
* Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls, risk assessment, and support documentation and verification for the Group Treasury Area.
Group Treasury Policies:
* Policy Development: Support the preparation and publishing of Group-wide treasury policies.
* Policy Implementation: Assist group companies in implementing (new) policies and interact with group companies and other stakeholders.
* Ad Hoc Projects: Support with ad hoc treasury projects when necessary.
Qualifications:
* Education: University Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience.
* Skills: Good understanding of finance and accounting knowledge and principles, strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and fluency in English.
* Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have:
* Treasury System Knowledge: Good knowledge of a treasury management system and implementation.
* Microsoft Dynamics D365 and PowerBi: Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and PowerBi.
* Digital Assets: Good knowledge of digital assets and experience handling cash and international payments.
* Language Skills: Fluency in another European language.
