Reporting directly to the Consolidation & Reporting Manager, the EPM Business Analyst will be responsible of providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and training, as well as maintaining HFM batch load processes to ensure smooth data consolidation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide system administration for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications
Provide end user support, troubleshooting, and training
Maintain HFM batch load processes for loading and consolidating data into HFM applications
Implement HFM system changes, including metadata updates, HFM rules updates, report updates, etc.
Maintain consolidated data for actuals to ensure data integrity to support the business, and to ensure data consistency between applications and environments
Maintain proper system documentation and controls on system changes, user security updates, system functionality and procedures
Apply critical patches to Hyperion systems on the server
Ensure solutions are secure and comply with IT Control procedures
Contribute to other Hyperion and Consolidation initiatives as assigned.
Technical experience with Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management suite of products.
Solid Experience in Analysis, Development, and Maintenance of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) 11.1.2.4 or higher versions, FDMEE, Financial Reports, Smart View, Data Relationship Management (DRM).
Strong technical skills including writing HFM rules, financial studio reports.
Experience accessing Oracle Support to submit service requests, troubleshooting incidents, etc.
Understanding of IT Security concepts (Access Controls, Change Management, etc.)
Functional understanding of Accounting, and Finance, understanding of the B/S and P&L
Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
Solid experience using MS Office with an expert level in Excel.
Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages
Knowledge of software design, documentation, testing, and maintenance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
