The Buildings, Management and Energy Service is tasked with meeting the needs for public facilities, with main tasks such as the maintenance and management of the municipal real estate portfolio aimed at reducing its environmental footprint through architectural quality. The buildings sector is primarily responsible for maintaining municipal buildings and supporting the management sector in overseeing significant work for approximately 200 properties. Also, in your capacity, you support the team in this sector and are among other things responsible for the following main tasks: - Prepare documentation for each building's plans, based on digital or paper archives, verify their accuracy, and update them through on-site checks.- Ensure the monitoring of routine maintenance work, respecting costs, deadlines, quality, and safety standards.- Manage and monitor building maintenance, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, deadlines, and plan quality for project and execution.This position requires:- A diploma in architecture or an equivalent qualification.- Experience in and overseeing construction sites, as well as managing the financial aspects of construction work.- Good knowledge of construction procedures and standards (SIA).- Very good knowledge of common tools (MS Office) and ArchiCAD 26 software.- Ability to work both independently and in a team.- Sense of responsibility and analytical and synthesis skills.- Decision-making and writing skills.Start date: immediately or by agreement for a maximum duration of one year.
