Swisscontact – Sector Lead Food (80%)

Accountabilities:

* Provide strategic guidance to SIPPO Country Teams on trends, requirements, market mechanisms and innovations in the three food sectors of SIPPO – Natural Ingredients, Processed Food and Fish & Seafood – in the EU and Switzerland.
* Support Country teams in the design and implementation of their Annual Plans and Workplans.
* Coordinate activities in the three sectors across the 11 SIPPO Countries and identify synergies.
* Manage and develop the SIPPO international consultant pool for the programme's three Food Sectors.
* Support SIPPO Country Teams in identifying and securing consultant capacities required for programme implementation in the SIPPO Countries.
* Collaborate and coordinate with the Sector Leads of Value‑added Textil & Technical Wood and Sustainable Tourism.
* Provide sector‑specific expertise to Leads Sustainability & Digitalisation and Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL).
* Responsibility to co‑develop and maintain sector‑related processes.
* Build and manage relations to EU/CH importer networks and bridge between these networks and SIPPO Country Teams.
* Act as point of contact for the SIPPO Advisory Board members of the three sectors.
* Responsible for global annual plans and global progress reports on Sector level.
* Exchange and align with Swisscontact peers.

Requirements:

* Higher education (University, University of Applied Sciences).
* Excellent project management and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in English and German (written/spoken); French and/or Spanish a plus.
* Experience in development cooperation, trade promotion and international trade.
* Background in Sustainability and Digitalisation.
* Familiar with Market Systems Development concepts.
* At ease working in an international, intercultural environment.
* Knowledge of the EU/CH Food Sectors.
* Network in the EU/CH Food Sector.
* Industry experience in the Food Sector (buyer, retail, production) is a plus.
* Good communicator.
* Curious, thorough, determined, persistent.
* Self‑driven, with strong ability to collaborate.
* Data‑driven, tech‑savvy and willingness to learn new technologies.

Social innovation consultancy LeFil Consulting (www.lefilconsulting.com) seeks an Analyst starting February 2026. The role focuses on market‑based approaches to social impact and inclusiveness, working with start‑ups, corporations, donors and NGOs worldwide.

Helvetas – Digital Transformation & IT Officer (82%)

Helvetas, a Swiss development and humanitarian organisation, seeks a Digital Transformation & IT Officer based in Zurich or Bern, starting January 2026 or by agreement. The role focuses on modernising IT systems using Microsoft technologies (SharePoint Online, Power Platform, MS365, Azure) to support global teams.

Main tasks:

* Lead design, specification and implementation of digital processes across IT systems.
* Develop and automate tools using Power Apps, Power Automate and Azure Cognitive Services.
* Support digital transformation strategy and ensure compatibility across platforms.
* Prepare feasibility analyses, cost estimates and recommendations for the Digital Transformation Steering Board.
* Implement solutions on Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint and MS Dynamics.
* Manage IT projects at head office and in project countries.
* Coordinate change management, testing and rollout.
* Collaborate with external partners and deliver user training.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration (additional education in Project Management or Software Engineering optional).
* Several years of experience designing and implementing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
* Proven ability to manage medium‑size IT projects and to define application requirements with users.
* Good understanding of software operations and maintenance; experience in a DevOps environment is a plus.
* Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Flexible, proactive, and organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
* Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are an asset.
