For the central secretariat of ATE Switzerland in Bern, we are looking from 1 October 2026 for a
HR Manager (80%)
What you will do with us:
- You are fully responsible for operational and strategic HR processes
- You ensure compliance with legal provisions as well as the staff regulations
- In collaboration with team leaders, you are responsible for recruitment processes, from job posting to contract signing
- You are the contact person for our approximately 70 employees for all personnel-related questions
- You advise and support managers as well as cantonal sections on all personnel, management and development matters
- You are responsible for staff promotion and the training of a commercial apprentice
- With the support of the accounting department, you manage all social insurance matters as well as the entire personnel administration
What you bring:
- You hold a federal diploma as a human resources specialist or an equivalent qualification
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in human resources, preferably in the non-profit and/or association sector
- You are a communicative and open person, with good negotiation skills and demonstrate assertiveness
- Your mother tongue is French or German, and you have very good knowledge of the other language
- You have an affinity for digital solutions and are proficient in MS Office as well as ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SwissSalary would be an asset) You identify with the objectives of ATE
