Responsibilities
* Manage and analyze the company\'s portfolio of project and corporate debt/equity.
* Oversee all Corporate and SEC reporting requirements related to debt and equity.
* Recommend and execute interest rate management and hedging strategies.
* Provide financial analysis and support to Capital Markets/Financing leadership.
* Build strong relationships with Swiss stakeholders, Finance, and HR to align workplace strategy with headcount growth.
* Guide facilities and workplace operations to foster a high-performing environment that reflects company culture.
* Ensure compliance across contracts and documentation for the Real Estate portfolio.
* Deliver fit-out projects end-to-end, engaging architects, project managers, and contractors while ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Administration, or Architecture.
* 5+ years of experience managing commercial real estate interior construction projects.
* Proven ability to manage multiple real estate buildouts simultaneously.
* Skilled in developing and issuing RFPs, reviewing construction drawings, and negotiating with vendors.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
* Fluency in German and English.
* Strong relationship-building skills, self-directed, and collaborative in fast-paced environments.
* Experience coaching and reviewing the work of junior professionals.
* Hybrid working model: 40–50% home office possible after initial onboarding.
