We are building a professional, friendly, and people-oriented company with a broad and deep understanding of the travel industry. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liManage accounts payable and receivable. /li liKeep our financial accounting updated. /li liHandle suppliers and clients invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections. /li liSupport monthly reconciliations and financial reporting. /li liPrepare and track budgets in collaboration with management. /li liSupport with payroll preparation and expense reimbursements. /li liPersonnel administration: processing of new hires and departures as well as accident and sick leave notifications. /li liGeneral administrative support related to finance. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role. /li liStrong knowledge of Swiss accounting practices. /li liAutonomous, structured, and detail-oriented. /li liProactive with a “nothing is impossible” attitude. /li liComfortable working with accounting software and Excel. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills. /li liGerman and excellent English.
