Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsibility for the full spectrum of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger /li liPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss OR /li liConsolidation of financial data across multiple international entities /li liPreparation and submission of VAT declarations and ensuring compliance with Swiss tax regulations /li liPreparation of financial reports, analysis, and management reporting for the CEO and senior management /li liReconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts and financial data /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning processes /li liAct as the key finance contact in the Swiss office while collaborating with international finance colleagues /li liCoordinate with external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners /li liContribute to the development and optimization of internal accounting processes and financial controls /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Alternatively, a completed commercial training with further education in finance (e.g. Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting) /li liSeveral years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within an international environment or trading company /li liStrong knowledge of Swiss accounting standards (Swiss OR) and VAT regulations /li liExperience with group consolidation and multi-entity structures is an advantage /li liStrong Excel and financial systems skills /li liFluent in English and very good German skills /li liSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities /li liStructured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail /li /ul h3About the role /h3 pThis is an excellent opportunity to take on a broad and responsible accounting role within a growing international organization.
