Computer Technician for Woodville Independent School District.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
* High School Diploma and
* College courses specializing in computer operation, installation, maintenance and repair or
* Experience in hardware/software support in a corporate/school network environment
Special Knowledge/Skills:
* Knowledge of LAN, VLAN, and WAN network design and installation
* Knowledge of network hardware and software applications including network servers, printers, and other equipment
* Ability to work with multiple operating systems and network protocols
* Ability to analyze and resolve computer network problems
* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
* Instruct or train others in the use and care of computer hardware and software
* Demonstrate good interpersonal skills to work with students, teachers, administrators and vendors
* Mutli-task while maintaining patience and flexibility
* Work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability tollift objects up to 100 pounds
* Ability to climb ladders
Experience: Experience preferred
Salary: WISD salary scale based on experience
