The Haute École Arc Ingénierie competence group User-Centered Product Design is announcing the position of Assistant HES 100% (3-year fixed-term contract). Your Activity You will participate in research projects and in user-centered product design. Directly subordinate to the group leader, you will conduct field research, interviews, and tests, and formalize requirements (e.g., personas, user journey maps). You will perform digital sketching and prototyping (wireframing, UX/UI, tools: Figma, Photoshop) and develop tools that showcase and promote projects from the competence group (e.g., websites, print, videos). You may also occasionally participate in the group's activities. Profile Junior engineer in user-centered product design. Skills in ergonomic design, ergonomics, and interface design (UI experience), digital sketching and prototyping (wireframing, UI). Skills and interest in the industrial field and in mechanics are a plus. Specific required aptitudes: analytical mind and ease in teamwork, willingness to develop skills through diverse domains (e.g., industrial HCI, consumer products and UX/UI, medical devices, professional UX/UI).
