Your Responsibilities
* Support the launch and operational follow-up of commercial projects and campaigns.
* Manage the lead flow from marketing to sales in the CRM, including partners and cross-sales.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and operational reports (sales trends, provisioning, stock, revenue, onboarding, and customer care).
* Coordinate with partners to provide the right tools, reports, and performance insights.
* Analyze marketing and customer data to identify growth drivers and improvement areas.
* Ensure data consistency across CRM, billing, and reporting systems in collaboration with Finance and IT.
* Prepare regular performance updates for management and stakeholders.
Your Profile
* Background in Marketing Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence, ideally in telecom or B2B services .
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Experience with CRM systems
* Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills .
* Languages : Fluent in English and French or English and German .
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing cross-functional topics.
