Leading the team with the Store, and Assistant Manager

* Helps manage the team in the absence of the Store Manager, offering guidance and support. This includes guiding and supporting, team, setting up team for success by coaching and training

Apply for the Deputy Store Manager Geneva Airport role. You will be supporting the Store Manager in developing the team, overseeing the store’s operations, team performance, and customer experience. You will have a role in driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the Store Manager with the implementation of the Swatch Values, Standards, and Behaviours. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full leadership responsibility, making strategic decisions in alignment with the Retail Area Manager to maintain store performance and team engagement.
Professional Requirements
* Education as a salesperson in retail and /or education as a sales coordinator with commercial skills as an advantage
* Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as assistant store manager
* Customer oriented and customer friendly
* Takes on initiative
* Experience in PR and marketing activities
* Being proficient in sales strategy
* Numbers oriented
* Commitment
