We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing, dynamic Swiss team to promote and manage our retail portfolio in the French speaking area of Switzerland. You will have experience of selling into new and existing customers, by establishing and utilising relationships in, private practices, and hospitals, where you will be selling Accord’s rheumatology, neurology, and urology portfolio, liaising with specialists and also influencers like nurses, care staff, assistants and others.
You will increase coverage at target groups, collect feedback on products and services and report it to the country manager and marketing as well as prepare individual visit reports and provide feedback in CRM system.
Represent the company at trade fairs, sales meetings and other business functions.
The Person:
* Excellent oral and written French & English skills.
* Excellent knowledge of the Swiss pharmaceutical/generics landscape, with focus on specialists (in practice and hospitals)
* Long term customer relations and personal contacts to key opinion leaders in Switzerland
* Good understanding of products and therapies applied in rheumatology, neurology, and urology.
* Experience as sales representative in the same or similar therapeutic area
* Excellent selling and negotiation skills
* Result orientated, dynamic with a good feeling for opportunities.
