As the Sales and Service Manager for U.S. & Northern America, you will play a critical role in developing and growing our customer base in this strategically important region. With a strong focus on end customers and distribution partners, you will drive the adoption of our unique contactless coating thickness measurement solutions. You will shape regional distribution and sales strategies, establish scalable business models, and ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Your entrepreneurial spirit, network in the coatings industry, and commercial drive will contribute directly to coatmaster’s success in the US and Northern America, with the option for future responsibilities also for Central and South America.

Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with regional distribution and service partners
* Grow our end customer base in U.S. and Northern America with a strong focus on industrial customers
* Drive sales excellence by contributing to forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
* Represent coatmaster at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
* Conduct technical product demos and customer training, both on-site and online
* Ensure outstanding service quality for existing and new customers
* Identify, develop, and implement scalable sales and business models tailored to local market dynamics
* Support the development of regional service structures and operational improvements
* Monitor market developments, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
* Collaborate with the product teams to ensure customer needs and application trends are reflected in our solutions
Qualifications
1. Education: university degree or equivalent training in engineering, business, or a related field
2. Mindset: entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of regional business development
