We are recruiting, on behalf of a player in the financial sector based in Geneva, a Part-Time Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant Mandarin speaker (with potential for evolution).
This role is intended for someone rigorous, proactive, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Your responsibilities:
* Managing calendars and travel arrangements (including international trips, transfers, bookings, and visas)
* Reviewing and formatting professional documents
* Coordinating logistics for meetings and events
* Acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders in (French) English, and Mandarin
* Handling general administrative follow-up and confidential document filing
* Providing occasional support on internal projects
Profile sought:
* University Master's degree or equivalent education, ideally obtained in Geneva
* Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role (a strong asset)
* Full fluency in English, and Mandarin, (French is a plus) both spoken and written
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and discretion
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in standard office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
