Responsibilities
1. Workforce Restructuring and Organizational Design: Lead and support restructuring activities, including role harmonization, organizational redesign and processes related to potential layoffs
2. Integration Planning and Execution: Support the design and execution of the HR transformation roadmap, working closely with local stakeholders to deliver business objectives
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, enabling effective decision-making, influencing decisions, and ensuring smooth collaboration
4. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment regulations and internal governance throughout the change programme
5. Organizational Design: Confirm and deliver organizational structure changes in line with agreed approach
Profile
6. Extensive HR leadership experience in Switzerland, with deep knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
7. Knowledge of relevant Swiss labour laws such as OR Art. 335d-335h, Art. 335i and further related regulations
8. Proven track record in HR transformation and integration projects, ideally within complex, multinational environments
9. Strong project and programme management skills to work within specific timeframes
10. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
11. Substantial communication and problem-solving skills
12. Able to flex between strategic and operational levels, with a hands-on approach
