The Trade Marketing specialist role is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Network. In this role, you own the successful delivery of complex multi-channel cross-functional initiatives and execute respective programs. Ultimately, you're responsible for all project executions for Marketing in B2B Network markets (CH, DE, AT, IT, FR, UK, BENELUX). In this role, you're responsible for defining and managing the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline, and budget for projects with distributors and B2B clients. You'll organize and drive cross-functional resources (capital, staff, tools) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope, and budget. Your responsibilities include overall project planning, direction, prioritization, change management, delivery, and post-delivery evaluation. You ensure project scope, planning, and implementation, align with client expectations and business needs. The role will preferably be located in Switzerland, Germany or Italy being alternatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies for each region.
* Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, training materials, and marketing collateral to support distributors and sales agents in closing deals.
* Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales agents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing: Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
* Public Relations: Manage public relations activities to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
* Event Marketing: Plan and execute targeted events and trade shows to showcase products and engage with potential customers.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the e-bike or related industry.
* Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, particularly in international markets.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
* Experience in PR management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English, any other European language is an advantage.
* Accurate and reliable project management.
