Contribute to the business development strategy and capital raising for AXA IM Alts within the private wealth segment (private banks, multi family offices) primarily in Switzerland.
The scope of expertise marketed covers primarily real estate, private equity, alternative credit, infrastructure, hedge funds.
* Increase visibility of AXA IM Alts towards private wealth client segment according to agreed sales strategy / communication
* Contribute to the sales strategy sharing clients' needs, market trends, products and wrappers
* Implement sales, relationship and marketing activities for private wealth client segment
* Generate net new money and net new revenues contributing to AXA IM Alts objectives
· Track record in sales in the financial industry with a focus on private wealth and the alternative asset classes
· Existing client base in Switzerland
· Strong technical skills across the alternative asset classes including, Real Estate, Alternative Credit, Private Equity, infrastructure, Hedge fund.
· Excellent/deep technical and product knowledge
· Strong client and market focus
· Capacity to address a client segment strategically
· Strong communication and language skills orally and in writing
· Excellent Presentation skills
· High self-motivation and resilience
· Team player
· Fluent in English
· German is strongly favored / Italian is a plus
