We are looking for an Agile Coach / Scrum Master to join Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions and help us foster an agile mindset and collaborative working culture within our teams. Digital Solutions is a Product Centre within the E+H Group and develops and operates digital products and services that enable our customers to optimize their processes across industries and around the globe.

If so, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how our development teams work and grow together. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other Agile Coaches across Digital Solutions to strengthen our agile working model and ensure impactful product delivery.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
* Support a software development team as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master
* Help the development team strengthen self-organization and cross-functionality
* Remove obstacles that hinder progress and protect the team from disruptions
* Continuously optimize collaboration and workflows within the development team
* Promote agile values and share knowledge across the organization through workshops, coaching, and training
* Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and continuous improvement
* Support the organization in its agile transformation and change initiatives
What do we expect from you?
You:
* Have a solid education and certification as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or a similar role
* Possess extensive experience in implementing agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and agile product development
* Ideally have experience in change management and agile transformations
* Are enthusiastic about customer-centricity and know how to inspire others with a positive, can-do attitude
* Are fluent in English and have at least B2-level proficiency in German
* Demonstrate a collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement and development
* Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, along with a creative and adaptive approach
