We are introducing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to strengthen our team in Zug. You will report to our Head Private & Institutional Clients Desk.
This role offers an entry point into the decentralized finance world, with opportunities for career growth based on high performance. At AMINA Bank, you will learn about financial markets, blockchain, and Fintech. You will actively support and service clients, turning theory into action.
As our bank grows, we seek individuals with initiative and positivity to tackle challenges and improve our services. You will manage a client portfolio, aiming to grow it through client-centric servicing, and assist in acquiring new prospects via online channels, events, and cold calling to meet growth targets.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Identifying opportunities and developing the client portfolio
2. Preparing and conducting client onboarding (KYC, due diligence, documentation)
3. Leading client calling activities focused on product selling and upselling
4. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
5. Handling inbound queries via phone, email, and website
6. Planning marketing materials, sales activities, and events
7. Collaborating with other business lines to ensure excellent client experience
8. Developing initiatives to leverage existing accounts
9. Continuously educating oneself in finance, blockchain, and digital assets
Required experience includes:
* A university degree in business or finance, with 2-3 years of relevant experience
* Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
* Positive energy, proactive mindset, and reliability
