Beach and Sports Facility Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth operation of our beach and sports facilities, including a large indoor pool with restaurant services, an idyllic seaside facility, and a sports ground with natural and artificial turf.
* Coordinate with clubs and school sports planning.
* Have a significant influence on personnel planning during the total renovation of the indoor pool.
Main responsibilities after reopening:
* Operate all areas (indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, fitness, wellness, and gastronomy) in compliance with legal and economic principles.
* Lead the three teams: Cashier/Reception, Pool Attendants, and Maintenance & Technology, including personnel management and development.
* Ensure safe swimming operations and technical/hygienic controls.
* Implement safety and emergency concepts and coordinate with authorities and partners.
* Ensure high service levels and positive guest experiences.
* Collaborate with the community and local partners to promote the facility, including planning and implementing marketing and communication measures.
The Profile:
* A personality with well-developed commercial knowledge.
* Several years of professional and leadership experience in operating and maintaining public bathing and sports facilities.
* In-depth IT knowledge.
* A valid Pool Pro certificate or willingness to obtain one.
* Strong communication skills in German (English is an asset).
