Pp(Please note this is a Direct Search led by Bacardi, Applications from agencies will not be accepted nor will fees be paid for unsolicited CVs.) /p h3YOUR OPPORTUNITY /h3 pThis is a unique opportunity to be part of our global planning team and play an important Global role in our organization. /p pYou will build deep partnership at a global and local level, across Bacardi, to oversee SOP processes and global demand Team. /p pYou will play a major role in optimizing inventory across the markets and manage overall demand accuracy for our operations, ultimately helping Bacardi to deliver against our BEST10 growth aspirations to support sales. /p h3About You /h3 pYou are skilled at consistently building deep, trusting partnership with markets, OC’s and Operations leaders. /p pStructured, focused and organised define your approach as you navigate multiple high priority. /p pYou are solution oriented with a fantastic attention to detail, great listening skills and proactive approach to anticipating business needs. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE /h3 ul liSupport the global demand planning process framework, including roles, KPIs, policies, SOPs, and control standards. /li liEnsure process harmonization across business units, regions, and categories. /li liMonitor compliance and performance through regular process health checks and audits. /li liDesign and lead global demand planning capability programs, aligned with planning maturity and business needs. /li liDevelop and maintain training materials (e.g., forecasting methods, statistical modeling, lifecycle planning). /li liSupport onboarding of demand planners and organize train-the-trainer programs /li liBuild and manage a global network of Demand Planning Super Users /li liFacilitate peer learning, feedback loops, and community events (forums, webinars, best practice showcases). /li liPartner with IT, Digital COE, and transformation teams to support global deployment and evolution of planning tools /li liEnsure user adoption, change management, and performance monitoring for digital planning tools. /li liSupport global demand planning process and standards across regions and business units. /li liDevelop and maintain lean and benchmark culture across teams’ mindset and actions. /li liBuild forecasting and analytics capabilities across the demand planning community /li liFoster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and collaboration. /li liDrive automation and digital forecasting solutions. /li /ul h3SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY /h3 ul liBackground in planning (i.e. Sales, Demand, Supply, Production). /li liStrong SOP knowledge. /li liStrength in critical analysis- seeking to understand complex business needs and review them via continuous improvement process/Lean principles and incorporations of available systems technologies. /li liDemonstrate accountability and capability to work independently with confidence to ask for support when required. /li liAbility to find effective ways of working within a matrix organization, and within a fast-changing environment. /li liSkilled in project management and IT implementations, demonstrating strong organisation. /li liAdministration skills and close attention to detail. /li liManaging stakeholder expectations in relation to delivery execution. /li liSkilled in change management /li liWillingness to work collaboratively with teams across different geographies and cultures. /li liAbility to anticipate challenges and find innovative solutions. /li liExperience with strong aptitude for working with systems like SAP ECC/APO/IBP/BI and Microsoft. /li liExperience within a Supply Chain Market position. /li liLanguage Requirements: English is essential, other European Languages is an asset. /li /ul h3LEADERSHIP AGILITY /h3 ul liBelonging: You have a strong capacity to create a culture of ‘Belonging’, where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do, and who they can become /li liSelf-Awareness: You have high levels of self-awareness, are reflective and know yourself well, understanding both your own strengths and weaknesses and your impact on others /li liPeople Agility: You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance /li liResults Agility: You demonstrate consistent delivery of results in first-time situations by inspiring teams, exhibiting a presence that builds confidence in yourself and others. /li liMental Agility: You can think critically to penetrate complex problems and expand the possibilities by making fresh connections.
