Perform diagnoses and manage both common and complex health issues with a personalized and caring approach. Inform and support parents in understanding and managing pediatric illnesses, fostering a comprehensive approach, and develop prevention actions and strategies according to current standards, while participating in public health campaigns related to pediatric health. Collaborate with other specialists (cardiology, neurology, etc.) to guarantee appropriate multidisciplinary care tailored to the needs of patients. Maintain up-to-date medical records and ensure rigorous follow-up to guarantee optimal continuity of care. Supervise and share expertise with young doctors and nursing teams in a capacity-building approach.RequirementsMedical degree recognized in Switzerland or eligible for equivalency. Registration or recognition with MEBEKO in Switzerland or in the process of being established. Proven experience in general practice and ability to manage a variety of pediatric cases. Aptitude for working with children and their families, along with experience in emergency management.
