We’re supporting a well-established Swiss IT & consulting organisation known for delivering high-quality infrastructure services to a diverse client base (SMEs -> enterprise-level environments).
They are now looking for a Senior Senior Windows System Administrator to strengthen their team in Zurich.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising a complex, highly virtualised IT landscape, working across both internal systems and client environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating, monitoring & maintaining Microsoft-based infrastructure
* Managing and supporting M365 environments (Exchange, Teams, etc.)
* Working with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments
* Troubleshooting & resolving incidents (2nd level support)
* Supporting security improvements & vulnerability fixes
* Contributing to IT projects when needed
* Background in IT Systems Engineering (or similar)
* Strong expertise across:
* Citrix technologies (big advantage!)
* Basic knowledge of Linux / containers is a plus
* Microsoft certifications = bonus
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Strong team player with positive energy
