To support the Technical Services department, the Municipality of Orbe is advertising a position for:Project Manager for Road Network and Infrastructure at 100%Active within the Technical Services and reporting directly to the department head, you will manage projects related to the municipal road network and associated infrastructure. You will actively participate in the development, maintenance, and management of the municipal network, while contributing to discussions related to mobility, road safety, and public space planning.Main missions- Manage construction, redevelopment, and repair projects for the municipal road network and associated infrastructure.- Ensure the management of studies, monitoring of work, and coordination of various stakeholders and municipal services.- Prepare municipal notices, technical reports, credit requests, grant applications, and documents intended for authorities.- Ensure financial and technical monitoring of projects in compliance with deadlines, budgets, and set objectives.- Prepare and conduct public procurement procedures as well as monitor contracts.- Contribute to the definition of maintenance and renewal strategies for the road network.- Integrate issues of mobility, safety, sustainability, and quality of public spaces into projects.- Represent the service to authorities, institutional partners, and respond to motions and inquiries from the Municipal Council relevant to their field of activity.Your profile- HES, EPF degree, or equivalent title in civil engineering.- Confirmed experience in managing projects related to road infrastructure and networks, from studies to execution.- Knowledge of technical standards, public procurement procedures, or experience in the fields of mobility, urban planning, environment, or landscaping.- Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills, and ease in communicating with varied stakeholders.- Sense of responsibility and marked interest in public service.If this offer interests you and you are ready to take on these challenges, please send us your complete file (cover letter, curriculum vitae, diplomas, and work certificates) by email. jidb19b4fdaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
