Headquartered at Zurich Airport in Switzerland, SR Technics is one of the world‑leading MRO service providers in the civil aviation industry and works with an extensive network of partners and business development offices in Europe, America, Asia, and the Middle East. We offer comprehensive, fully customized solutions for the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul of aircraft engines, airframe, and components including impeccable technical support to over 500 customers worldwide. As a HR Apprentice you will work closely with the HR team to gain hands‑on experience across the full HR cycle, supporting recruitment, onboarding, administration, and data management activities.
Your tasks
* Talent Acquisition and recruitment support (candidate sourcing, managing interviews, sending offers…)
* Onboarding support (collect and update employee personal data, support work permit process, facilitate onboarding activities for new hires…)
* HR Administration support (manage HR mailbox communications, edit and update HR reports, following up on medical exams, and assist with other administrative tasks…)
* Data Management (set up and maintain employee profiles in HRIS, ensure proper HR data storage…)
* Cross Functional support
Your Profile
* Currently pursuing or planning an apprenticeship in HR
* Excellent communication skills and team player mindset
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills in French and professional proficiency in English
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and interest in HR systems
