In this position, you contribute to the quality of our service by guaranteeing rigorous processing of client files and effective follow-up of service commitments.In line with our requirement for service quality, you provide clear, reliable, and quick responses to our clients' requests, while ensuring precise and proactive management of the following main tasks:- Establish, modify, and record maintenance contracts- Manage invoicing and credit notes- Process and respond to client requests- Update and follow up on client files- Perform client follow-ups- Follow up on changes (moves, internal lists, price increases)- Manage the email inbox and incoming calls- Ensure the filing and archiving of documents- Participate in reporting and the management of specific casesWhat you bring- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent- Experience with client file management- Comfortable with administration and follow-up- Good command of Excel and MS Office tools- Rigor, reliability, and ability to manage large volumes of files- Excellent client orientation (oral and written)- Ability to manage several priorities in parallel- Calm and professional in varied client situationsWhat you will find with us- The opportunity to join a globally renowned company, certified BestWorkplaces Switzerland- Support from a dynamic team with an excellent working atmosphere- An environment in motion- Desired start date: mid-MayAre you interested in this new challenge?
