For this key Product Owner role, we are looking for a customer-oriented, technically skilled, and entrepreneurial-minded personality who strategically drives the further development of our products, translates requirements into innovative solutions, and actively shapes the collaboration between stakeholders and the development team.
Your role
* Product ownership: You take end-to-end responsibility for one or more of our software products — from vision and planning through to implementation and ongoing development.
* Requirements gathering and translation: You collect requirements from multiple stakeholders (customers, sales, consulting, support) and translate them into clear, actionable user stories, which you refine together with the development team until they are ready for implementation.
* Backlog management: You maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensure full transparency, and keep the focus on delivering maximum customer value.
* Close collaboration with the development team: Working alongside development, UX, and QA, you plan sprints, conduct refinement sessions, support the delivery process, and sign off on new features.
* Release planning: You plan upcoming product releases and document new features in the user manual.
* Roadmap & communication: You manage the product roadmap, align it with stakeholders, and keep both internal and external stakeholders regularly informed about progress and releases.
* Compliance & security: You ensure that our products consistently meet regulatory, security, and data protection requirements.
* Feedback & data utilization: You analyze usage data, gather feedback from customers and internal teams, and derive concrete improvements and new feature ideas from your findings.
* Market & trend monitoring: You track developments in the CLM, GRC, and BPM space and contribute fresh ideas to continuously evolve our products.
Your Profile
* Professional experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment
* Ability to formulate clear requirements and set well-defined priorities
* Solid technical understanding of web and cloud-based solutions
* Experience with Scrum/Kanban and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
* Excellent command of German and English
* Plus: Background in development, UX, or QA
* Plus: Experience with risk management, security, or compliance topics
