We seek an experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer B1 A320 Sheet Metal - Line and Light Base Maintenance. Responsibilities
* Promote a positive safety culture and ensure that safety and quality policies are communicated, promoted, and implemented within the organization.
* Perform line maintenance work packages and certificate of release to service, daily and weekly checks, engine and APU replacement, defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery, and troubleshooting.
* Perform A-check, B-check (if applicable), and out-of-phase checks.
* Structural damage assessments and repairs.
* Ensure that aircraft are maintained in airworthiness conditions.
* Work autonomously within a team environment and assist the Shift Leader / Supervisor.
* Ensure clear communication and reporting.
Requirements / Qualifications
* CAT A or holder of a valid B1 EASA Part-66 license, type-rated on A320.
* Additional skills: sheet metal.
* Good command of verbal and written English.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
* High degree of customer focus, strong communication and team orientation.
* Proven ability to work under pressure.
* Demonstrated knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures to the required level.
