Ph3Demand Planner /h3 pMedacta International is searching for a Demand Planner. The Demand Planner is responsible for managing large datasets, analyzing demand trends, and ensuring accurate forecast to support business objectives. The role requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external customers, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement of demand planning processes. /p pThe candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities: /p ul liBudget Forecast Support: Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast sessions by providing accurate demand insights and data-driven recommendations; /li liOrder Evaluation: Assess extra-forecast orders based on profitability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supply chain capabilities; /li liDemand Analysis: Analyse historical demand data to identify trends, seasonality, and patterns that influence future demand forecasts; /li liProduct Life cycle management: Support the business lines supply planners to properly manage the forecast of products in Phase In/Phase Out; /li liData Management KPI Calculation: Utilize PowerQuery to manage large datasets, calculate key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare data for Sales Operations Planning (SOP) meetings; /li liCollaboration Communication: Serve as a key liaison between branches and internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring alignment and transparency in demand planning processes; /li liContinuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of demand planning activities. /li /ul h3Hard Skills /h3 pThe resource should also have the following skills: /p ul liBachelor’s degree in management engineering/ Logistics/Supply Chain; /li liFluent in English; /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint).
