This role focuses on strongHR administration, recruitment support, and internal communication /strong, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience. /p pThis is a hands-on, junior position within an international environment, where you will collaborate with the HR team, managers, and employees across the employee lifecycle. /p hr / h2strongKey Responsibilities /strong /h2 h3strongHR Administration /strong /h3 ul liSupport daily HR administrative tasks. /liliMaintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. /liliAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes. /liliSupport payroll preparation by collecting and organizing input data (e.g. absences, changes). /liliEnsure accurate filing and data management within HR systems. /liliAssist with benefits administration and general HR activities. /li /ul hr / h3strongRecruitment Talent Acquisition /strong /h3 ul liSupport the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling. /liliCoordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers. /liliAssist in preparing employment offers and onboarding documentation. /liliMaintain and update recruitment trackers and systems. /li /ul hr / h3strongCommunication Employee Support /strong /h3 ul liAct as a first point of contact for employee queries. /liliProvide clear and timely communication on HR-related topics. /liliSupport internal communication related to HR activities (e.g. onboarding, announcements). /liliAssist employees with administrative requests and documentation. /li /ul h2strongQualifications Experience /strong /h2 ul liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. /lilistrong2–3 years of experience /strong in HR administration and/or recruitment. /lilistrongExperience working in Switzerland /strong is required. /lilistrongGood knowledge of Swiss labor law /strong. /liliFamiliarity with HR systems and tools is a plus. /liliFluency in English and Italian.
