We have clients, more than fiduciary partners, and over 150 employees.Partner Success Manager Fiduciaries (f/m/d)What awaits you: You are the primary contact for our fiduciary partners, guiding them throughout their journey with bexio – from the first contact to the successful implementation of our exciting product offerings, inspiring academies, and interactive webinars, you demonstrate how simple and effective bexio is to use. You also actively sell our onboarding services to support fiduciaries in the management of their clients and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from the startup phase to fostering lasting trust relationships with our partners – whether online, by phone, or during occasional field visits. Working closely with our Sales & Partner team, you manage partner and client files, handle inquiries professionally, actively invest in client retention, or collaborate closely with the Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams to understand our partners' needs and bring them to fruition. Thanks to your expertise and commitment, you actively contribute to our go-to-market strategy and help us further strengthen the fiduciary channel.What we ask of you: You have a comprehensive education, supplemented by continuous training, and 4 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in customer service or possess expertise in the fields of fiduciary and accounting – experience with SaaS solutions would be the cherry on the cake.
