Introduction
The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich and is managed by Cycas Hospitality, the white label hotel operator in Europe.
The hotel offers 343 apartments and 104 hotel rooms, ideal for long business stays or short city trips to Zurich. The location is between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 minutes). Guests can enjoy the fitness area, Italian restaurant LUIGIA, the inner courtyard, two bars, and a rooftop terrace.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS :
* Preferred knowledge about Radisson and ideally with the Emma PMS system.
* Enthusiasm and a true team player.
* Service-oriented attitude.
* A valid residence and work permit for Switzerland.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Willingness to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and festive days.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
* Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
* Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
* Handle all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
* Manage check-outs, resolve late and disputed charges.
* Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
* Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local areas of interest.
* Run daily reports (arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and verify report accuracy.
* Complete cashier and closing reports in the system, count bank at shift start and end, and balance receipts according to accounting standards.
* Organize end-of-day tasks to facilitate night audit processes.
