Your challenge
1. Owning the local implementation of Finance group processes in SAP S/4HANA
2. Define business requirements and brief IT for development
3. Stakeholder and Spokesperson for Local Team towards IT and group process owners
4. Supervise and collaborate with the respective teams in the end to end processes from a finance perspective for Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) Financial processes within SAP S/4HANA
5. Ensuring end-to-end consistency across finance and integration points
6. Troubleshoot complex finance-related issues during implementation and stabilization phases
7. Act as a senior advisor to finance stakeholders during transformation milestones
8. Supporting and validating migration of financial master data
9. Supporting and validating migration of financial transactional data
10. Execute and support testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
11. Supporting go-live preparation and cutover
12. Support hyper-care and support the local users in all related business continuity activities
13. Contribute to documentation, process design, and knowledge transfer activities
14. Providing practical training to finance and finance related topics for other departments in sales and service
Your qualifications
15. 10+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience
16. Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations / rollouts
17. Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and SAP CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, CO-PA)
18. Experience with the SAP PS module
19. Solid understanding of integration points with SAP MM and SAP SD
20. Experience in Revenue Accounting and Recognition (RAR) is a plus
21. Experience across full project lifecycles (including testing, go-live, and hypercare)
22. Strong stakeholder communication skills
23. Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style with strong delivery focus
24. Ability to work effectively in hybrid or remote project environments and perform under pressure
25. Experience with Salesforce Lightning (Sales & Service) is beneficial
26. Swiss residency and valid work permit required
27. Fluent in German and English
