Responsibilities
* Lead a production team of 20–25 employees with a focus on efficiency and quality.
* Plan and oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring economic execution.
* Support and promote the professional development of team members.
* Continuously structure and improve existing workflows in production.
* Coordinate closely with sales and AVOR to maintain a smooth process chain.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement targeted measures.
Qualifications
* Completed technical training in sheet metal processing or mechanical manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of industrial processes and workflows.
* Experience leading teams with composure and effectiveness.
* Ability to remain calm and decisive in demanding situations.
* Responsible and structured approach to challenges.
