The company provides institutional-grade infrastructure covering custody, tokenization, trading, staking, and derivatives for banks, corporates, hedge funds, family offices, and blockchain foundations.
With ~100 employees and a rapidly growing international footprint, the company is expanding its Swiss sales team.
The Role
As Institutional Sales Associate, you will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the full sales cycle. This is a client‑facing position with significant exposure to senior team members and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct targeted research to identify high‑potential prospects (institutions, corporates, hedge funds, family offices, blockchain foundations, issuers)
* Initiate outbound outreach via email, calls, and social channels to qualify leads within the Swiss market
* Own all phases of the sales cycle: prepare tailored presentations, proposals, and client‑facing materials
* Schedule and coordinate client meetings; manage follow‑ups and pipeline communication
* Develop deep product knowledge across the full suite (custody, tokenization, trading, staking, derivatives)
* Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and support reporting/forecasting
* Foster ongoing client relationships; identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
* Stay informed on crypto industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams
* Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to the sales process
Your Profile
* 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within financial services, fintech, or digital assets
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
* Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset ecosystem
* Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts
* Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) to track pipeline and client interactions
* High attention to detail; ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively
* Fluent in English; French or German is a strong advantage
* Professional, responsive, customer-centric mindset
Important:This role involves significant cold outreach – they're building from scratch. Candidates must have existing contacts in banks/institutions with crypto interest. Pure advisory or market analyst profiles without direct sales experience are not a fit.
