We are seeking a committed Presales Consultant with a strong understanding of channel sales to join our team in Suisse Romandie or Kloten, available immediately or by appointment.
Key responsibilities
* Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver technical training, workshops, and presentations to our channel partners on IAM and PKI solutions.
* Joint Sales Engagement: Collaborate with partners on sales opportunities, providing technical support during customer engagements.
* Solution Development: Design tailored IAM and PKI solutions addressing customer needs and leveraging our product capabilities.
* Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Prepare materials and support partners in delivering compelling presentations and demos.
* Technical Expertise: Serve as SME on IAM and PKI, maintaining deep knowledge of product roadmap and industry best practices.
* RFP/RFI Response: Assist in technical responses to proposals, articulating our solutions effectively.
* Proof of Concept Support: Guide partners in planning and executing POCs.
* Relationship Building: Establish trust with technical and sales stakeholders within partner organizations.
* Feedback to Product: Relay partner and customer feedback to the development team.
* Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with IAM and PKI trends, technologies, and competitors.
* Develop Partner Resources: Create technical documentation and FAQs for partners.
* Understand Customer and Partner Needs: Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and infrastructure.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, directory services, and governance.
* Knowledge of cloud technologies like Azure (Entra ID), Google Cloud, AWS.
* Solid PKI knowledge, including certificate management, encryption, and HSMs.
* Familiarity with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001.
* 3-5+ years experience in presales, technical consulting, or channel enablement in IAM/PKI.
* Understanding partner business models and solution selling methodologies.
Key Skills
* Excellent communication skills in English; French or German a plus.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple engagements and work independently.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; certifications like CISSP or CISM are a plus.
Bonus
* Existing relationships with IAM and PKI partners.
* Experience with partner portals and cloud-based IAM/PKI services.
* Knowledge of joint marketing and sales activities with partners.
