Position overview: The Project Manager, MedTech Supply Chain Transformation, will manage specific global Supply Chain projects and support governance, analytics, and reporting of the global SC transformation portfolio. The role involves coordinating cross-functional efforts across multiple Business Units and regions, leading project phases from diagnostics to deployment, and reporting on progress and risks.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing project timelines and KPIs, identifying risks, and ensuring project goals are met.
* Analyzing processes, developing improvement proposals, and managing change.
* Providing analytics and solution modeling for transformational projects.
* Collaborating with functions, regions, and markets to implement projects.
* Tracking project status, financials, and stakeholder engagement.
* Leading strategic projects from definition to deployment.
* Supporting analytics, milestones tracking, and financial reconciliation.
* Conducting assessments, modeling alternatives, and developing business cases.
* Coordinating with stakeholders and managing project communications.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Understanding of Supply Chain processes along the full product lifecycle.
* 5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain environment.
* Project management skills and experience with cross-functional teams.
* Experience managing project portfolios and governance.
* Ability to work independently and manage complexity.
* Experience in process improvements and change management.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
* IT literate and numerate; experience with Planisware preferred.
* Multi-country and multi-sector experience is a plus.
