You will ensure all documents, including invoices and export documents, are prepared and in compliance with export regulations. You will act as a key point between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to ensure shipments are organized efficiently and in line with customer requirements. Ensuring confirmed shipping and transport instructions are strictly respected will be an essential part of your role. In a dynamic and challenging environment, you will contribute to the smooth execution of global logistics by managing constraints, transport solutions, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.In addition, you will:- Prepare transport documents including invoices and export documents, in compliance with export regulations- Ensure shipments respect customers' confirmed delivery and transport instructions- Organize transport for exhibitions worldwide under Carnet and organize imports using multimodal transport solutions (train, sea, air, and road)Your Profile:A CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent would be a strong advantageMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar positionKnowledge of E-DEC and PassarExperience working with an ERP systemProven experience in an import/export departmentExperience with triangular trade flowsKnowledge and/or experience in sales order managementFrench speaker, fluent in English (German is a plus)Ready to take a new challenge?
