SCOPE OF THE ROLE
Ensure for the area of responsibility that orders are delivered in Quality, in Quantity and in Time by providing direct supervision within his/her own field of experience
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead and organize the assembly production department of your area, including daily production execution, work scheduling, employee training.
2. Ensure product and process quality as well as production output while meeting deadlines.
3. Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for internal technical issues of Customer claims.
4. Apply continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
5. Ensure cleanliness and a safe working environment within the production department.
6. Support the professional development of employees, considering their qualifications, aptitudes, potential, and operational requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
7. Professional experience in mechatronics, mechanics or electronics, supported by state-accredited technician certification.
8. Experience in leading people.
9. Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
10. Good English skills.
11. Available for working in shifts.
12. Organizational sense, punctuality, precision and strong problem-solving aptitude.
13. Experience in project management and toolmaking are desirable.
14. Exposure to Lean tools and methodologies is preferred.
