For our sales department at DHL Express (Schweiz) AG in Regensdorf, we are looking for a Telesales Executive m/w/d 100% .
Your Tasks:
You manage a customer portfolio of around 500 SME companies (+/- 2 million sales responsibility) using communication tools such as telephone, virtual meetings, and video messages. You are responsible for developing your portfolio's activity, acquiring, and retaining new customers.
Based on a proactive consultant approach, you identify customer needs and promote our services, fostering further development within your portfolio.
You acquire and retain new customers based on leads provided by our Lead Qualification department.
You ensure that current conditions align with our tariff/volume policy.
You collaborate closely with our Field Sales Channel to identify larger potential within your portfolio.
Skills:
First experience in sales (training period or full job).
Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills based on a consulting approach.
Excellent customer service orientation and a high quality awareness.
Autonomous with organizational and self-discipline skills.
Team player in an international environment.
Interest and understanding of logistics and transport business.
Comfortable with virtual communication tools (Skype, Teams, Zoom, Loom).
