The Role
Your Tasks
* Brand Activation: Manage and implement seasonal product animations for one or more of our exciting brands at the local level.
* Marketing Campaigns: Create appealing marketing materials and coordinate campaigns with our trade partners.
* Event Management: Plan and organize successful customer events and workshops.
* Market Analysis & Trends: Analyze current trends and developments in the beauty market to adjust the marketing strategy.
* KPI Analysis: Continuously analyze and adapt your local marketing activities as needed.
* Stakeholder Management: Closely collaborate with the Media and Social & Advocacy Team as well as your retail and sales contacts internally and externally.
Your Profile
* Marketing expertise: You have 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales, ideally in the FMCG sector, and a sense of consumer needs. A successfully completed degree is a prerequisite.
* Language skills: Fluent German (CH-German), French, and English skills are a must.
* Entrepreneurship: You are proactive, independent, and reliable to drive projects with passion and personal responsibility.
* Communication strength: With your communication skills, you inspire and motivate others for projects and successfully implement them in the team.
* Trend interest: You follow current trends attentively and analyze consumer behavior with curiosity and foresight.
