Reporting to the head chef, sous-chefs, and station chefs, you will be responsible for all types of kitchen work. As a Commis de Cuisine, you are an ambassador of the luxury service offered to our clientele. Your daily missions will include:
* Receiving goods
* Checking the weight and freshness of products according to procedures
* Setting up your station and preliminary preparation of ingredients
* Participating in plate presentation according to technical sheets
* Maintaining perfect hygiene standards and proper food handling
The Jardinier in Geneva, co-founded by starred chef Alain Verzeroli and led by Executive Chef Olivier Jean, offers refined cuisine focused on seasonal products, highlighting local fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Located within a hotel, the restaurant provides a bright, verdant setting with breathtaking lake views, blending indoor and outdoor spaces conducive to sharing.

Qualifications
* Experience: You hold a culinary diploma or equivalent from a hotel school and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a starred restaurant and 5-star Palace hotel.
* Personality: Knowledge of gastronomic culture, rigor, dynamism, and a good team spirit are key qualities for this position.
* Languages: Must speak, read, and write French and English.
* Availability: Immediate start preferred.
