IT Supporter / IT Systemtechniker MS Cloud (m/w) 80-100%

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for providing top-notch technical support and contributing to the success of our clients' IT operations. As an IT Supporter / IT Systemtechniker MS Cloud (m/w), you will be responsible for handling support requests efficiently, analyzing and resolving issues, and collaborating with internal experts to deliver exceptional results.


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Supporter / IT Systemtechniker MS Cloud (m/w). The successful candidate will have completed training as an IT specialist or ICT specialist and possess excellent communication skills in German (C2) and good English skills (B1).

The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, independent, solution-focused, and friendly. They will also have high quality awareness, be able to perform tasks accurately from the start, and enjoy solving challenges independently. Additionally, proficiency in cloud services, category B driving license, and at least 5 weeks of vacation plus 2 additional weeks as workation are required.


Responsibilities

* Handle Support Requests Independently: You will receive and resolve support requests efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Analyze and Resolve Issues: Using your analytical skills, you will identify and resolve issues reported through platform monitoring, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Gather Relevant Information: You will gather relevant information to clarify problems, working closely with customers and internal teams to provide accurate solutions.
* Collaborate and Coordinate: As part of our collaborative environment, you will work closely with internal experts to ensure seamless communication and delivery of results.
* Document Work Steps: You will document all work steps in the CRM system, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process.
* Support Process Optimization: You will contribute to the continuous optimization of support processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
* Maintain Knowledge Database: You will maintain the internal support knowledge database and documentation, ensuring that our team has access to accurate and up-to-date information.
