Responsibilities
Manage and extend existing customer contracts throughout their full lifecycle
Act as the central point of contact for inquiries, changes and extensions
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and establish clear, mutually agreed routines
Identify and realize up‑ and cross‑selling opportunities with a focus on profitability
Maintain profitability through margin and risk management
Conduct service reviews and manage KPIs to ensure service quality
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience; additional qualifications are a plus
Fundamental knowledge of key banking processes and market mechanisms
Strong technical and commercial understanding (service/contract management, ITIL basics)
3–5+ years experience at the intersection of banking/ICT or in service/contract management
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including at the C‑level
Proven track record in profitability management and up‑ and cross‑selling
Structured, results‑oriented working style; calm under escalation
Fluent German; English and other national languages are a plus
