In this role, you will bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling, creating high-performing creatives that engage and convert audiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop data-driven design concepts that align with campaign goals. Working in a fully remote and fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment with new tools, including AI-powered solutions, and continuously refine your creative approach. Accountabilities
Design engaging static and video creatives using tools such as Figma, ensuring high-quality output aligned with campaign objectives
Collaborate with media buyers and product stakeholders to interpret performance data and translate insights into effective creative concepts
Contribute to the development of compelling ad copy, including headlines and video scripts, to enhance campaign impact
Continuously explore and adopt new creative tools, including AI technologies, to improve efficiency and innovation
Organize and maintain creative assets systematically to enable easy access, tracking, and reuse
Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends to refine and elevate visual strategies
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take initiative in proposing new creative ideas
Support additional design and creative tasks as needed to meet team and business goals
Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design, digital design, or a similar creative role
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma (experience in web design is a plus)
Ability to create both static and video-based content for digital marketing campaigns
Understanding of performance-driven design and the ability to align visuals with marketing objectives
Basic copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging headlines and scripts
Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into creative workflows
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and structure creative assets efficiently
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote team environment
Creative mindset with attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach
