Job Description
We’re seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the internal and external communications required to deliver a pre-engineered metal building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of pre-engineered metal building projects, from initial contract to fabrication completion. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage project budgets.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure project schedules are maintained.
* Maintain effective communication with architects and customer representatives.
* Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders as necessary.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred but not required.
* Prior experience in the PEMB industry is required.
* Experience with Metal Building Software (MBS) is preferred but not required.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
* Must have the ability to read and understand drawings.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
