Cnc setter mechanic - 5-axis grinding machines m/f

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a

• Basic polishing training and general mechanics
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking industry
• Mastery of CNC grinding, reading plans and control tools
• Rigour, professionalism, and a strong sense of quality
• Team spirit and commitment to collective success

• Operation and maintenance of 5-axis CNC grinding machines (Crevoisier C400B, RecoMatic CT501)
• Production adjustments and series start-up
• Reading technical plans and strict compliance with manufacturing instructions and processes
• Loading parts and monitoring production
• Dimensional control of parts using measuring instruments (profile projector, micrometre)
• Reporting non-conformities and participating in product quality
• Surface preparation on BULA machine, including adjustment, start-up and quality monitoring
• Performing self-checks according to internal procedures
