About the Role
* We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to take responsibility for regional market management and lead important negotiations with clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Leading market management initiatives in their regional market, maintaining close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Ensuring core processes in regional passenger transport, negotiating offers and target agreements with clients, and ensuring correct, timely, and compliant billing.
3. Monitoring the regional market, developing our service offerings, and optimizing network and timetable options in collaboration with specialists. Supporting additional mobility solutions within a partial mandate.
4. Managing profitability through strategic sales and market planning to ensure sustainable revenue.
5. Handling marketing communication for the regional market, aligning it with the overall marketing strategy.
6. Representing the company in regional committees, participating in national projects, and leading regional initiatives.
7. Coordinating with other business units and contributing to electrification transition, product quality, and competitiveness.
Requirements
* An academic background in business administration, law, or engineering.
* Extensive experience in public transportation, sales, or key account management, with good knowledge of regional political contexts.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, assertiveness, and high customer orientation.
* Analytical, networked, and conceptual thinking with a focus on sustainable implementation.
* Experience in project planning and execution, proficient with digital tools and processes.
* Clear and persuasive communication skills, with excellent rhetorical abilities.
* Fluent in a national language and good oral skills in a second language.
